Log in / Sign on to Online24

It's easy to access your account through the Internet with Online24. Here's what you will need to use Online24:

  • A browser that supports 128 bit encryption, such as Internet Explorer 4.0+. For full functionality, we recommend the newest browsers such as:
    • MS IE 6.0.x & 7.0.x
    • Firefox 1.5, Firefox 2.0
    • Safari 3.0
  • Your primary Credit Union account number (excluding account suffixes).
  • An Online24/Choice24 Password/PIN. If you do not have an Online24/Choice24 Password/PIN, or don't remember it, you can select a Password/PIN of your choice at your nearest TVFCU branch. Or, if you live out of town, call 1-800-634-3600 and ask us to mail you a new Online24/Choice24 Password/PIN.

To better protect your Online24 account, improved security features such as multi-factor authentication require that you also choose a PassMark and several challenge questions.

eBusiness24 offers the same services as Online 24 along with increased convenience and enhanced capabilities for business accounts. In addition, any of the following management packages can be added for a small monthly fee:

  • Business Management Package - Allows your business to provide online access for multiple staff members while assigning each person their own user ID and strictly controlling their access to accounts and their authority to perform transactions.
  • Cash Management Package - Provides access to advanced tools such as ACH origination and online wire transfer requests, which will allow your business to provide increased services for customers and employees.
  • Deluxe Management Package - Includes the tools available in both the Business Management and Cash Management Packages.

eBusiness24 gives us the ability to design an online management program specifically suited to the needs of your business. Not only that, its flexibility allows us to customize online services to meet your changing needs as your business grows.


Online24 BillPay

Online24 BillPay is part of Online24 & eBusiness24 and offers the convenience of paying your bills over the Internet, directly from your Credit Union account. This feature will require that you have a share draft (checking) account with the Credit Union.

If you have questions about payments made through the BillPay system, you may open an inquiry within the system or call the following toll free number: 1-866-308-1039.

Payees and Payments:

In Online24 BillPay, My Bills Home page streamlines the major BillPay functions on one page, including:

  • My Bills and Payees - the first section where you can view, edit, and pay all of your payees from one page.
  • Scheduled Payments - the second section where you can view and edit any scheduled payments.
  • Payment Reminders - the third section where you can set up and review reminders for your payments.
  • Recent Payments - the fourth section where you can view your payment history.
Payment Processing:

1-Day Electronic - The funds will be taken from your account on the Payment Date, which is 1 business days before the Due Date when the Electronic Payment will be delivered to the payee.

4-Day Paper Check - The check will continue to be sent on the Payment Date in order to be received by the Payee within 4 business days on the Due Date. However, the check will be sent to the Payee and will then clear your account a day or two after the Payee processes your payment - so the funds will not come out of your account until the check comes back through the system, just like any other check you would write. And, just like any of the checks you write, the BillPay checks will be available for viewing within Online24.


TVFCU eStatements requires Adobe Acrobat Reader™ and an Online24 or eBusiness24 User ID and PIN.

To receive your eStatements electronically, login to Online24 or eBusiness24, click on the eStatements menu and accept the eStatements Agreement. You will be able to view, save, or print your most recent statement and up to the last 15 statements. You will receive an email to let you know when each new statement is available.

Reorder Your Checks Online!

Now You Can Reorder Your Checks Online! Reordering your checks (share drafts) has never been easier. First, you'll need the Reorder Form included in your last box of checks. Then click on the link above and enter the Reorder Identification Number from your Reorder Form, along with the Start Number for your checks.

You can reorder the same design as last time, or create your own personalized checks and preview the design onscreen. Either way, it's easy with our online catalog of exciting check products. Give it a try today!


With our Choice24 telephone response system, you can perform most Credit Union transactions for FREE, 24 hours a day, seven days a week! By using a touch-tone phone and your Choice24 PIN, you're connected directly to the Credit Union's computer. It's as easy as calling 634-3600 locally or 1-800-634-3600 nationwide.

Future eServices Enhancements:

Several enhancements are planned for TVFCU's eServices. These include Online Account Opening, Mobile Banking, combining Online24 and eBusiness24, and Personal Money Manager functions such as categorizing transactions.

Protect Your Personal and Account Information:

Don't become a victim of an Email Phishing Scam! Please be aware that we (TVFCU) will never send an e-mail asking you to log into your account and update your information or input your debit, credit card or other personal information. If you receive such a message please do NOT click on any links that are listed in the message! Also, please notify the Credit Union immediately if you do receive such a message.

To verify that you are at TVFCU's official Online24 eServices site, always remember to look for your PASSMARK (the picture and phrase that you selected). If you don't see your PASSMARK, then don't enter your PIN/Password or any other personal information.
