Our anniversary promotions this year are inspired by the year we began organizing as a credit union. Now we’re continuing the celebration with a mortgage promotion designed to help someone start their homeownership journey with a little extra support.

How the Mortgage Promotion Works

Members who apply for a first mortgage with TVFCU during the promotional period will be automatically entered into a drawing.

One winner will have their first mortgage payment made by TVFCU, up to $1,936.

To be eligible for the drawing:

Apply for a first mortgage for your primary residence with TVFCU
Applications must be submitted between March 1, 2026 and April 30, 2026
The loan must close before June 30, 2026
