Scam Alert: Calls appear to be from TVFCU, claiming to be fraud department

Residents are receiving calls that appear to be from TVFCU’s number and claim to be from the Fraud Department. They are asking their victims to follow a link or download an app.
TVFCU will never call you and ask you for your card information, account information, or login information. TVFCU will never call you and ask you to follow a link to download software or an app.
