Scam Alert: Fake Calls from the TVFCU Fraud Department

Local residents have reported receiving calls from scammers pretending to be from the TVFCU Fraud Department. These criminals can spoof our phone number to make it appear as though the call is coming from TVFCU, and they are asking victims for online banking credentials or full debit card information.

TVFCU will never call and ask for your online banking login information or your full card number.

If you receive a call that appears to be from TVFCU and want to verify it is legitimate, hang up and call us directly at 423-634-3600. Scammers can make a call look like it’s coming from our number, but they cannot answer our phone line when you call it back.
