Down Payment Assistance for Chattanooga Homebuyers
You may be eligible for the program if you meet requirements such as:
- You are a first-time homebuyer.
- The home is located within the City of Chattanooga.
- The lesser of the purchase price or appraised value does not exceed $400,000.
- You meet applicable credit, debt-to-income, education and mortgage requirements.
