Get Started (New Mobile User)

Before using mobile banking, you must already be an active online banking user and have accessed your accounts from a computer. You should also be prepared to answer one of your security questions.

Mobile Browser

On Your Computer:

  • Login to Online24 from a computer (not a mobile device)
  • Click on the “Mobile” link (in the top right-hand corner)
  • Check the box to accept the terms and conditions and click the “Continue” button
  • Check the “Mobile Browser” option under “Other Services”
  • Click the “Continue” button
  • Select the correct time zone
  • Check the checkbox beside the accounts you wish to use with Mobile Banking
  • Add a nickname if you have also subscribed to Text Banking
  • Click the “Continue” button
  • Input your phone number under “Other Services” (example: 5551234567)
  • Click the “Continue” button
  • Check your phone; you should have received a text message containing an activation code
  • Enter the activation code in the box shown in Online24
  • Click the “Activate” button
  • Click the “Go To Mobile Banking Menu” button
  • Click “Next”

On Your Phone:

  • You will receive another text message with a link to the mobile banking site
  • Click the link in the text message
  • Bookmark the site
  • Click the “Log In” button
  • Enter your password
  • Click “Log In”

Mobile App

  • Download and install the app of your choice:
    • iPhone and iPad
    • Android Phone and Android Tablet
    • Amazon Tablet
  • Launch the app on your device
  • Enter your User ID
  • Touch “Continue”
  • Enter your password
  • Touch “Continue”
  • Answer a security question, if necessary
  • Touch “Continue”
  • Touch “I agree to the Terms and Conditions” if necessary

Text Banking

    On Your Computer:

    • Login to Online24 from a computer (not a mobile device)
    • Click on the "Mobile" link (in the top right-hand corner)
    • Check the box to accept the Terms and Conditions and click the "Continue" button
    • Check the "Text Banking" option under “Other Services”
    • Click the "Continue" button
    • Select the correct time zone
    • Check the checkbox beside the accounts you wish to use with Text Banking
    • Add a nickname to all accounts you wish to use with text banking
    • Click the "Continue" button
    • Input your phone number under “Other Services” (example: 5551234567)
    • Click the "Continue" button
    • Check your phone; you should have received a text message containing an activation code
    • Enter the activation code in the box shown in Online24
    • Click the "Activate" button
    • Click the "Go To Mobile Banking Menu" button

    On Your Phone:

    • You will receive another text message with all text banking commands.
    • Use these commands anytime to access your account through text

    • Click “Add New Device” on the device screen
    • Input your phone number under “Other Services”
    • Click the "Continue" button
    • Check the "Mobile Browser" option under “Other Services”
    • Click the "Continue" button
    • Enter your mobile phone number (example: 5551234567)
    • Click the "Continue" button
    • Check your phone; you should have received a text message containing an activation code
    • Enter the activation code in the box shown in Online24
    • Click the "Activate" button

      • Enter your mobile phone number (example: 5551234567)
      • Click the "Continue" button
      • Check your phone; you should have received a text message containing an activation code
      • Enter the activation code in the box shown in Online24
      • Click the "Activate" button
      • Click the "Go To Mobile Banking Menu" button

      On Your Phone:

      • You will receive another text message with all text banking commands.
      • Use these commands anytime to access your account through text

      2Premium Text Messaging is required for TVFCU Online24 Mobile services. To see if Premium Messaging is enabled on your phone, text the word HELP to 39872. If you receive a valid response, then Premium Messaging is enabled. If you receive any kind of ‘message failed’ or ‘error’ message, then you do not have the Premium Messaging and would need to contact your cellular carrier to have it enabled on your phone.
