Grab and Go, On Your Time

TVFCU offers secure locker pick-up at three convenient branches—Hixson, North Cleveland, and Hamilton Place.

• Each participating branch has 10 secure lockers available for use.
• Great for after-hours pick-up—just call ahead and we’ll place your item in a locker.
• You’ll receive a unique code via email to unlock your assigned locker.
• Lockers are located in the branch breezeway and accessed via touchscreen.
• Examples of items available for locker pick-up include: cashier’s checks, money orders, instant issue debit/ATM cards, membership and loan documents, statement requests, TVFCU store items, gift cards and travel money cards.
• Please note: Cash cannot be placed in lockers.
