Online24 Mobile App Update Enhances Mobile Deposit

Gone are the days of juggling your phone to get the check in frame when making a mobile deposit. With the latest Online24 Mobile App release on Wednesday, Jan. 9, users can use video mobile capture. Now, all you have to do is hover their phone over the check during the mobile deposit process and the phone will automatically capture the image without the user having to do anything additional.

You will be presented with a confirmation image as seen below when it captures a good image. This will happen for both the front and back of the check. Once the phone captures the image, the app will ask you to confirm the image and then you will move along to the next step in the mobile deposit process.

The Online24 Mobile App update will automatically serve you a message asking if you need to update if you are using a mobile device. However, if you are using the Online24 Tablet App (both iPad and Android), you will need to re-download the “TVFCU Online24 Mobile” app.
