In addition to the benefits plans outlined below, there are 10 holidays recognized by the credit union and a generous allotment of personal leave time available for full-time employees. Full-time employees are eligible for paid holidays beginning the first month following their hire date.

Full-time employees are eligible to accrue leave time after 90 days satisfactory performance.

  • 15 days per year after a 90-day introductory period for up to 3 years of service
  • 20 days per year for up to 10 years of service
  • 25 days per year for 10 years of service or more

Employee Share Draft Accounts

Credit Union employees automatically receive Trophy Level Rewards Checking upon hire and can have their pay direct deposited into various Credit Union Accounts (e.g. savings account, IRA, loan payment, club accounts). Trophy Level Rewards Checking includes no monthly service fees, no foreign ATM fees, free checks, free traveler’s checks and higher dividends on interest bearing accounts).
