tvfcuMOBILE App Update Troubleshooting

Recently, TVFCU sent out an advisment of the recent IOS 14 release from Apple and our tvfcuMOBILE app update to coinside with those updates. There have been minimal issues with the app as long as users updated the app and IOS 14, so that is good news!

We have been getting calls recently about Android phones having issues with the app. Android has not released Android 11 to the public yet, so our tvfcuMOBILE app did not get updated for Android users.

If members are running Android 11 the app will not work since it is still in beta testing.

If you are a member having issues with an Android phone, please find out the phone and version before you give us a call.

Please keep in mind these are the minimum versions you must be running for iPhones and Android:

-iPhone/iPad: anything below iOS 12 will not work with the app.

-Android: on anything below 6.0 will not work with the app.
